PERMITS
Temporary Parking Permits

There is no parking on any of the streets in Crystal between the hours of 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. Residents can apply for two types of overnight parking permits: short-term and long-term. Short-term parking permits are only issued in-person, by the department, during regular business hours and are valid for up to 14 days. Long-term permits are $40 and issued and valid between April 1 and Nov. 30, with a limit of three (3) per household per calendar year.
