There is no parking allowed on any city street between the hours of 2:00 - 5:00 a.m.
Please remember that you must not park on any city street when there has been a snowfall of 1-1/2 inches or more until the streets have been completely plowed curb to curb.
Crystal will declare snow emergencies for snowfalls of 2 inches or greater, effective January 1, 2010.
During snow emergencies, parking is prohibited on public streets until and after the street or alley has been plowed and the snow removed curb to curb. Cars parked on streets during snow emergencies will be tagged and towed at the owner's expense.
Snow emergencies will be announced on local radio, TV and cable TV stations as well as the city's website.
