There is no parking on any of the streets in Crystal between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Parking Permits are available for on-street parking from April 1st to November 30th. There is no fee for a short time parking permit (14 days or less). For a long term parking permit, you must fill out an application for approval. There is no charge for the first permit, $35.00 for each additional permit.
